Tip of the Day

Capitalize on feedback
Practical Leased Time real estate consulting and business referral services.
Whether its your performance appraisal, a sermon from a preacher, criticism from a friend or someone criticizing you because of the way you look or dress.  Of the criticism was hurtful or was vengeance, take a step back and snalyze the criticism.  You should take the bad out and throw it away.  However, keep the good and work it.

The majority of criticisms are not positive. Most of us just want to forget them.  Throw them out.  Strike back at the person.  We tend to think the person is being mean or just working on your nerves. Then, there are some use criticism to say things normally not said in a ordinary conversation.  The criticism is a scapegoat.

Regardless of the reason for the criticism, use some and throw away the issuable part.

Tip of the Day

Practical Leased Time #1 real estate consulting and business referral services company tip of the day -Your leadership shapes the present and future success or failure of your company.

Everything about your company depends on you.  It doesn't mean you do all the physical labor.  It means your brains (thinking) makes the company successful.  You gather a team to help ensure your company is successful.  You architect the decisions after gathering input from your team members or outside resources.  You take the decisions and put them into actions.  If you need manpower or financial power, you take the initiatives on this.

How does your leadership affects your company?  I would like for you to share your good and bad points on leadership with me and over 2,000 other people on http ://424.blogspot.com.  Thanks

Tip of the Day

Good judgment is not always recognizable, it may take weeks, months or years to recognize if a judgment was good or bad.

Tip of the Day

Judgment is an art.

In art the same paintings are not identical.  So is the same idea behind judgment.  The way you see and prove a point is different from others. But the results may be the same.  What is the process you use for problem solving?

Tip of the Day

If all problems were identical; judgment would be a science; not an art.

Tip of the Day

Building a business is a slow process; it doesn't happen over night.

Remember my last blog about the donkey stuck in the well.  Dirt was thrown on his back.  After crying, and crying, the donkey finally shook the dirt off his back and used it as a means of stepping up.  Stepping up until he reached a level where he could step out of the whole.

Your business is the same way.  Find a mean to step up until you are finally out of the hole.  If you are like most of us; you started your business with little assets.  But, keep stepping until your assets are at the top and then you can walk and help others.

Growing a business is a slow process.  You must make small steps to get to the big step.

Tip of the Day

Perseverence is your key to success; laziness leads to nothing.

I am writing this blog from my sister in law post on Facebook (Annie Kelly).  She tells of a donkey stuck in a well.  The donkey cries, cries, and cries wanting to get out.  The donkey 's owner is devastated.  He has no idea on how to get the donkey out.  The donkey was old and on his last days.  So the owner thought - since the donkey is old and the donkey is on his last days, he would cover the donkey with dirt.  He begins to cover the donkey with dirt.  The dirt begins to cover the donkeys back.  The donkey continues to cry.  The dirt was covering the donkey.  Then, the donkey did something unusual.  Instead of just standing in the well crying and crying and being covered with dirt - the donkey shook the dirt off his back.  Then to the donkeys amazement, he used the shaken off dirt from his back to take steps up.  The donkey continue taking steps up until he was at the top of the well.  What do you think the donkey did after he reached the top?
