Whether its your performance appraisal, a sermon from a preacher, criticism from a friend or someone criticizing you because of the way you look or dress. Of the criticism was hurtful or was vengeance, take a step back and snalyze the criticism. You should take the bad out and throw it away. However, keep the good and work it.
The majority of criticisms are not positive. Most of us just want to forget them. Throw them out. Strike back at the person. We tend to think the person is being mean or just working on your nerves. Then, there are some use criticism to say things normally not said in a ordinary conversation. The criticism is a scapegoat.
Regardless of the reason for the criticism, use some and throw away the issuable part.
